FAQ

I completely understand that things come up and life happens and you have to reschedule sometimes. I do ask that you give at least a 24 hour notice to cancel, or reschedule your appointment. If not given the proper amount of time to reschedule I can't fill that spot with another client so I ask of this for my time to be respected. If given less than a 24 hour notice will result in being charged for half of the scheduled service cost that must be paid prior to re-booking.

NO SHOW POLICY

If you do not cancel, or show for your appointment, you will not be able to re-book with me. I will not tolerate a no call no show. Half the scheduled service cost will be charged or sent by invoice.

RUNNING LATE

A late arrival to your scheduled appointment time may result in a change in your scheduled services i.e no style or blow dry, so to not disrupt following clients scheduled appointment times. If you are more than 15 minutes late you may be asked to reschedule your appointment, and fees may apply.
